Full refund – if cancellation is done more than 24hrs before the start of the Activity.
No refund is possible for cancellations with lesser notice.
Refunds will be made as per original mode of payment made at the time of booking.
Refunds for Credit/Debit card and Online bookings will take approximately 5 to 7 working days. which translates into local parlance as minumum 15 days from date of trip.
The original receipt must be presented for processing the refund.

A. All Water Activities are subject to Fair weather Conditions, All those who miss the Pickup bus should come to (Sinquerim Jetty ) (also known as "Dolphin Watching Point" check location on Google Maps,
B. Boat Number is 773 and last cut off time is 0900 am, Please do not Stand while the Boat is Moving, as it Blocks the View of the Captain.
C. Clothes Half Pants & T-shirt, Sun Glasses, Sun Cream Sun Hat Recommended, Please wear swimming Attire beneath your Short Pants & T-shirts ( Rubber Shoes / Slippers)
Well Charged Android Mobile for Emergencies,&/Or Power Bank
D. Do not Carry large Amount of Cash/Jewellery, And We do not take responsibility for Loss of Same.
E. Eatables: Pure Veg (Dry) Breakfast and Fruits , Please carry your own Jain/Halal/Kosher Snacks.
F. Fire Hazard : Do not carry Inflammables, Butane lighters, Matches etc.
G. Garbage Bins are Provided Please Make useof same, Do not Litter the Environment.
H. Hands should be on your lap when Boat is Parking/Docking with Another Boat.
I. In the event of a Dive Being Cancelled by Clients, there shall be no refund, instead co passengers and opt to have a (Double) Dive.
J. Jumping of the Boat into Water is Prohibited, Please make use of either of the Two Ladders on Boat
K. Keep Calm at all times, Be Courteous to Fellow Passengers, & Cooperate with Crew.
L. Life Jackets are to be worn at all Times, It is dangerous for Pregnant Ladies, Infants, Physically Challenged, Asthmatic, Epileptic, and People below age 5 , above Age of 45, so please avoid bringing the Above along with You.
M. Minimum Age is 12 and Maximum Age is (50 in special circumstances, Please ensure that you have no flight for 12 hours after diving.
N. No Refund of any kind will be Entertained once you step on Boat.
O. One single 4k video will be given ( complementary ) to all those who (honestly) review us on TripAdvisor or Google (or you can pay ₹500 per video)
P. Please carry a Re-Usable Bottle of Water, Refill Available on Boat.
Q. Quality of Service (Pickup, Service Time, Food & Beverages) can vary on Red Dates & Super weekends, we apologize in advance for the same.
R. Regulations of Government have recently changed (2019), All those booked for Island Trip should be warned that nobody is allowed on the Bat Island due to the place being a nesting ground for endemic species of Birds and Bats any inconvenience is deeply regretted,
S. Scuba diving is an Adventure Sport and all does not go according to plan, Cuts and Bruises are Normal, First-Aid is available on Boat.

- Rate is Inclusive of GST @5%, refund Amount will be after deducting GST.

- No refund is possible once clients step into the Boat. Watersports if any , when not done on first Day, will be done Next Day.
- Clients should Please carry along with them a Reusable Bottle of Water. Which can be Refilled at Venue.
- Clothes : Short Pants and T-shirt , Sunglasses, Sun Screen, Android , PowerBank.
- Pregnant women , Asthmatic patients, Epileptic persons , Diabetic/ Sinus Patients, People who had any major surgery in last 12 months should not book this Trip.
- Please avoid the use of Alcohol, Tobacco, or any mind altering substance on day of trip
- Scuba Goa reserved the right to interpret the rules above.
